Description
Optical sectioning techniques that reject out-of-focus light to generate high-resolution 3D images.
How this lab uses this technology
Spectral confocal microscopy enables high-resolution, high-contrast imaging by rejecting out-of-focus light and separating the emission spectra of multiple fluorophores. This technology supports advanced multicolor analysis, discrimination of overlapping signals, and three-dimensional reconstruction of complex biological samples, making it particularly suitable for in-depth cellular and tissue studies.
