Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED) microscopy is a super-resolution imaging technique that surpasses the diffraction limit of conventional light microscopy by selectively restricting fluorescence emission. This approach enables nanoscale visualization of subcellular structures, providing enhanced spatial resolution for detailed structural and molecular studies in biological samples.
